Terms of Service

Welcome to Multipli AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multipli AI website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Multipli AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Multipli AI offers a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start.
  • If you continue beyond the trial, you will be charged at the plan rate you selected.
  • Founder pricing, when offered, is locked for the life of your account as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
  • Generate, distribute, or sell content that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or impersonate the Service or its AI agents.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use Your Content to train foundation models without your explicit consent.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before publishing, sending, or otherwise relying on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, agent personalities, and underlying software, is owned by Multipli AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multipli AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
