Content: drafts, products, storefront content, and any other material you create or upload.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and similar diagnostic data.
Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address.
Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To personalize your experience and power your AI team (voice profile, agent context, etc.).
To process payments and manage subscriptions.

Service providers: hosting (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). Each is bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Your Content to train foundation models without your explicit consent.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. Some information may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
