- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and similar diagnostic data.
- Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

- To personalize your experience and power your AI team (voice profile, agent context, etc.).

- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Your Content to train foundation models without your explicit consent.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. Some information may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
